We strive for the highest standards of workmanship, but due to the nature of plumbing systems, we cannot guarantee specific results in every case.

3. Appointments & Payment

All service appointments require confirmation via phone or email. Payment is due immediately upon completion unless prior written arrangements are made. We accept PayPal, Venmo, credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, and cash. Late payments may be subject to interest or fees in accordance with our separate Payment Policy.

4. Service Warranties

Select services may come with a warranty, which will be disclosed during booking or upon completion. Warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval. Issues arising from misuse or unrelated plumbing problems are not covered.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Perfect Pipe Repairs shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service performed.
