Orders for plumbing services can be placed through our website, phone, or email. Once an appointment is scheduled and confirmed, a technician will be dispatched for the requested service. Order confirmations and estimates are provided before work begins.

Cancellations & Modifications

  • Service was not completed or technician was unable to perform due to our fault.
  • Work was found to be defective and falls under our workmanship warranty.
  • Duplicate or incorrect charges were processed.

Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

Refund Method

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method:

  • Venmo: typically 1–3 business days
  • Credit/Debit: 3–7 business days

Non-Refundable Scenarios

We reserve the right to decline refunds if:

  • The service was delivered as described and approved upon completion.
  • The refund request is made after 7 days of service.
